The humans belonging to Girl Girl, Bond and Boo Boo, Chiyo and my future mom-in-law met up for dinner on Tuesday night at a Japanese restaurant in town. Mom had a great time yakking and gossiping with the other ladies... they even exchanged tips on housework and the best cleaning detergent for different surfaces that is available in the market (??!)... More importanly, I am sure that also gossiped about US behind our backs..

Pressies from pretty Chiyo!

Treats from Boo Boo!!

Thank you Auntie J and Auntie HM!!

Wedding Update:

About the wedding... Baby and I were initially very concerned because we found out that on the date of our wedding clashes Koobie's Valentine's Pawty and Aire Ruby's services might not be available since she is already been booked for Koobie's Pawty. Luckily, Ruby is so kind to fit us in.

Even though there is a conflict in date with Aire Ruby... we should be able to make it work because time zone wise, Asia is ahead so Aire Ruby can fly our guests from the wedding pawty straight over to Koobie's pawty! So don't forget to make your reservations on Aire Ruby fast!

Don't say I didn't warn you pups (and hamsterriers) in advance... February 14 will be one hell of a pawty for all of us!! It's pawty-time... *rubbing paws gleefully*

Once upon a time, there lived a handsome, brave and intelligent pup named Huskee Boy.

One day, he joined a very special group called the ‘Dogs with Blogs’ and it was there where he met the girl of his dreams - Baby. Her dainty paws, big marble eyes, sexy bum bum and ‘coconut tree’ top knot really attracted him and he fell head over paws in love.

He thinks that she is THE one so he gathered all his courage and asked her out on a date. Fortunately for him, she agreed out they went on their first date… (as you can see, Baby was accompanied by her ‘chaperone’).

It was soon followed by a second date…

And many MORE dates thereafter…

Along the way, there were many ‘obstacles’ for Huskee and he had to ‘fight’ with some other pups for Baby’s affection… Mug shots of Huskee’s ‘Love Rivals’ below:

After some time, Huskee became even more certain that Baby is his ‘Miss Right’ so he decided to propose to her (in case one of his ‘rivals’ beats him to it!!)

He was so ecstatic when she finally said ‘YES'.

Yes, this is our fairy-tail story and we would like to invite you to our wedding celebration on the most romantic day on the year - Valentine’s Day!

Your presence means a lot to us, so please come and share this romantic day with us.

The Theme that we have decided on is ‘Once upon a time…’, so you can come dressed as any of your favorite fairy-tail character! For example, the girls can come dressed as Snow White, Ariel the Little Mermaid, Little Red Riding Hood, Goldilocks, Thumbelina etc.…. and boys can be Peter Pan, Robin Hood, Captain Hook, Jack (in Jack and the Beanstalk), Humpty Dumpty
, etc..

Please send pictures of yourself in your party gear to
huskeeandbaby@gmail.com

Girl Girl is extremely busy in the lead-up to the big day because we have appointed her as our wedding planner. She will provide more details on the location, time etc. when the date is nearer.

We will also need to check with Ruby whether Aire-Ruby can help to fly in all over guests from overseas…

Get dressed and ready to pawty!!!

My godma (aka my godbrother, Scuba's mom) commissioned a painter in China to do a paw-trait of Scuba and his friends.. you can read all about the details here because I heard that quite a lot of work/ effort went into 'the making' of this paw-trait.

My mom is very impressed by the work of this artist because she felt that he captured the 'essence' of each of us... she especially like how the painter captured Herbie's disposition.

I want to say THANK YOU to my godma and godbrother for including me in this awesome paw-trait.. I can't wait to see the 'real thing' soon!

I was reading Asta, Stanley and Tosca's bloggie and they were showing photos of their tongues, so I decided to hunt for some photos which features my tongue to share with everyone too! Most of these are the 'unwanted' shots that mama kept aside because she felt that I looked 'funny' with my tongue out.

Did you spot a common thing in those 3 photos? My tongue's doing the exact same thing in all 3 of them.. Hehehee....

Mama read about this Online Dog Matching site from Sophie's blog and she couldn't resist trying it out. (In case you are thinking that this site can help you find a girllfriend/ boyfriend, you are wrong.. it matches the paw-sonality of the owner to the breed of dogs they should have, it's not for us pups to be matched with a paw-tential partner...). You have to respond to a set of questions so that they can assess your paw-sonality and lifestyle before they come up with some recommendations on the 'best' matches. Here are ma's results:

Basset Hound

Lhasa-Apso

Shih-Tzu

Bull Dog

Shar Pei

Unfortunately, no matter how many times I tried to make her re-do the test, there is no 'Maltese cross Shih-Tzu' on the results list... But well at least Shih-Tzu is on the list *whew* .. Mama likes the Lhasa-Apso too but they are not very common in Singapore. Hopefully this means I am safe.. at least for now!!

Maybe you can get your hoomans to try it out!

This is the pawfect way to end the week because my friend Hammer gave me a 'You Make My Day' award!! I am very flattered and honoured.. THANK YOU, Hammer!

This award is presented to bloggers whose blog brings you happiness and inspiration and makes you feel happy about Blogland. The rules are to pass the award along to up to 10 people.

I have thought long and hard on which 10 friends I want to give this award to. In the end, I have decided to break the rule (rules are meant to be broken anyway, right?) and give it to all my friends. So if you have been a part of my life, this award is for you!!

Just when I thought there isn't any better way to end the week, mama gave me a new toy!! This toy is extra, extra special to me because it was given to me by someone very dear and special.. and the toy is covered in red hearts *blush*. This toy is from Baby Munchkins. You can see from the photos below how 'pawtective' I was of it...

No mama.. You can't have it.. this toy is mine!!

Thanks Baby.. You are the best!

Chinese New Year is less than a month away and I overheard mama saying that she'd be starting to do her spring cleaning this weekend. This is baaaaaaaaad news because spring cleaning means that mama will go into a 'throwing frenzy'.... it could be things that are unwanted, broken or you know, just old.

At some point of time during this spring cleaning process, mama will be 'targetting' at my toys.. I have 3 big baskets of toys and I got to admit that some of them are far from their glorious days... a good portion of them have some some bodypart missing (mainly the eyes/ ears/ nose/ tail), some of them have 'dead' squeakers, etc...

STILL... this doesn't mean that I love them any lesser than before... on the contrary, I love them even more since I have spent a considerable amount of time showing each of them my love and affection.

I think really need to 'guard' my toy baskets very carefully this weekend to prevent mama from throwing out my old/ broken toys..... Do you think this is an effective way??

Please mama... please spare my toys...

The Army of Four have organised a mission to help make 2008 the year that Beau is reunited with his family. Hammer and his family are a dear friends of ours so how can we be left out of 'OPERATION BRING BEAU HOME'?? My mom in particular, is very touched by Beau's mom's dedication and all the work she has been doing tirelessly to bring Beau home. I tell you this lady has our R.E.S.P.E.C.T.

For anyone who hasn't heard about Beau's story, you can read it here.

Please help to spread the word....

Here we are all decked out in our mission helmet and all ready to go!

*waving* Happy New Year!!

I got a bit bit worried because I have not been blogging for a while and was worried that you all have forgotten all about me...

Here's my tiny paw paw...

and my little tail tail..

I have a good friend called Stanley and he lives in this beautiful place called Gooberstan with his girl and his sissy Stella. I had originally wanted to visit Stanley but my big big brother Huskee Boy said that it wasn't safe for me to go there by myself since I am so little and may lose my way. So I did the next best thing.. I sent him a 'mini me'...

Here's Stanley giving the mini me some sweet loving *blush*...
