Today is Mother's Day, and our mom's been feeling rather emotional because she cannot stop thinking of Lucas and Chloe, and what she is missing today (and every day). She wonders if she even qualifies as a 'Mother' because she does not have any children that people can see. On this very same day last year, mom was missing Lucas, but at the same time, she was eagerly anticipating the arrival of Chloe in a few month's time. One year on, she has lost both of them.
She did receive a pleasant surprise from her sister, who gave her 4 Mother's Day cards - One from Lucas, one from Chloe, one from Hershey and one from me!!
Wishing all Moms (human kids and furkids alike) a very HAPPY MOTHER'S DAY...

That was SO sweet of your mom's sister to give her those special cards. I'm sure they don't ease all the sadness though. I hope that the little pleasures in life, like you two wonderful pups, can make her smile and get her through these sad moments. And yes, she is a mom, most absolutely!!
