I did something naughty at 11pm last night and got punished for the 'evil deed'. So as usual, I was made to 'sit' in the 'Naughty Corner' for the looooooooooongest time. Usually my punishment at the 'Naught Corner' lasts for a minimum of 30 minutes to a maximum of 1 hour (someone please call SPCA!!). But because I knew it was my fault, I did not even dare to flinch or attempt to stray from my sitting position in the 'Naughty Corner' throughout the whole 40 minutes I was being punished. To add to my humiliation, they took pictures of my ordeal!!
First 5 minutes into the punishment: Would it help if I said 'Sorry'??
After 20 minutes: Apparently my apology did not work...
30 minutes later: *dozing off* Oh noo... I am falling asleep...
35 minutes later: ...zzzzzz.......
40 minutes after committig the 'evil' deed: Can I go now? I am sleepy...

You must have done something REALLY bad to get 40 minutes in the Naughty Corner! Did you pee inside the house or chew something up? Those are the only 2 things we can think of that would warrant 40 minutes!
