Sorry for the lack of post lately.. I have been pretty busy with the wedding preperations and then mama has been away in Japan for a while, so there's no one to type for me.

Mama had a fab time in Toky. The weather was lovely (around 5 to 10 degree celcius) and more importantly, it was a 'shopping paradise' (although the things are quite expensive). Here are some of the photos mama took in Tokyo...

Waiting for the bus ride from the airport to the hotel...

Some photos of the city...

Delicious Japanese snacks and their beautiful packaging... (it's amazing how much effort the Japanese put into packaging!)

The plane that brought mama home...

Then there was a surprise in store for her when she reached home at 3 in the morning... It was the 10th year anniversary of the day papa and mama started dating. They became a 'couple' officially on 7Mar 1998 in Melbourne. Mama was very surprised and touched, and then there was the usual round of high pitched exclamations of 'oh my God' and 'oh.. you shouldn't have'... Geez.. that woman really should try to get a grip on herself before she wakes the entire neighbourhood.

So did you get anything Huskee???

Hi Huskee
Not only is your mum very pretty, she looks so young. We thought Shane was only in her early 20's. It just shows what love and a good man and a special doggie and now a special hammie can do for you.
Received word today that Powder Puff and Odie are coming to your wedding too so I'll RSVP for them tonight.
Hey man .. you won't be able to sleep tonight !!!
Love from Hammer

We wanna see what's in those boxes! They look too small to be mother-of-the-groom dresses! Are you getting nervous yet, Huskee! Tomorrow is the big day!

Love ya lots,
Maggie and Mitch
